SFI Final Exam Project, Collin- 6/8/2022

For my exam project, I did a game review on my favorite and the game I play most, Rocket League. Rocket League, to put it simply, is like a game of soccer, but with cars, you can drive around; I picked Rocket League because how it is not a game that’s based on chance or anything. It takes time to get better at the game, and there are many different choices on what you can do in the game. There were not many skills to write a game review on this game besides learning the skills of the actual videogame. I needed to learn how to upload captures of the game and if we count me learning how to play the game, I had to spend over 7000 hours training to make the top .2 percent of the game. The overall time I spent on my exam/game review has been quite successful since I have not been here a lot, but I am still managing to finish most of my classwork and exams. Overall I would say this class is worth taking. We learn so much about modeling, designing, and coding. I enjoyed all the different activities that we did in this class. There were all very intuitive, considering we have to teach ourselves how to use everything in this class. Nothing comes to mind that could improve this class; thanks to you and Jacob for making this such a great class.
